Emirates Catering Services — Corporate Catering Website Design and Digital Lead Generation
Project Overview
Emirates Catering Services is a UAE-based catering company providing corporate catering, event catering, and large-scale meal solutions across Dubai and the wider Emirates. Their client base spans corporate offices, government institutions, private events, exhibitions, and industrial sites — each segment with distinct requirements for menu customisation, dietary compliance, and delivery logistics.
The company engaged UAE Web Designer to build a website that would serve as both a brand showcase and a lead generation engine. The primary objectives were to present their catering packages and menu options in a visually compelling format, implement an online quotation request system that could capture detailed event requirements upfront, and establish organic search visibility for catering-related keywords in the UAE market.
The project required careful attention to the visual presentation of food — an area where poor photography or cluttered layouts can undermine credibility immediately — while ensuring the site functioned as an efficient business tool for capturing and qualifying leads.
The Challenge
Prior to the redesign, Emirates Catering Services relied primarily on word-of-mouth referrals and direct sales outreach. Their existing web presence was minimal: a basic template site with limited menu information, no imagery of actual dishes or event setups, and no mechanism for visitors to submit detailed catering enquiries online.
Inconsistent Brand Presentation
The catering industry in the UAE is intensely competitive, with clients frequently comparing multiple providers before making a decision. The existing site failed to communicate the scale and professionalism of the operation. There were no images of event setups, no client testimonials, and no clear differentiation between their corporate, event, and industrial catering divisions.
Manual Quotation Process
Every enquiry required multiple back-and-forth phone calls or emails to establish basic details: event type, guest count, dietary requirements, venue, and budget range. This manual process was time-consuming for the sales team and created friction for prospective clients who expected to provide these details through a structured online form.
No Organic Search Presence
The site had virtually no ranking presence for relevant search terms. Queries like “corporate catering Dubai,” “event catering services UAE,” and “office lunch catering Dubai” returned competitors exclusively. Without organic traffic, the company was entirely dependent on paid advertising and referrals for new business.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a website that positions Emirates Catering Services as a premium provider while functioning as an efficient lead capture and qualification system.
Visual Menu Showcase with Professional Photography Integration
The menu section was designed as a visual-first experience. Each catering package — corporate lunch boxes, buffet spreads, canape selections, live cooking stations, and industrial meal plans — is presented with full-width photography, clear per-person pricing tiers, and expandable menu details. The layout draws on editorial food photography conventions: clean backgrounds, natural lighting aesthetics, and generous spacing that lets the food imagery breathe.
We worked with the client to organise a professional photography session that captured their actual dishes and event setups, ensuring that every image on the site represents real output rather than stock photography. This authenticity is critical in the catering industry, where clients need confidence that what they see online is what they will receive at their event.
Structured Online Quotation Request System
The quotation request form was built as a multi-step process that guides prospective clients through the information the sales team needs to prepare an accurate quote. The form captures event type (corporate, private, exhibition, industrial), estimated guest count, preferred menu style, dietary requirements and restrictions, event date and venue, and budget range.
Each submission triggers an automated email to the sales team with all details formatted in a standardised template, along with a confirmation email to the client with expected response timeframes. This system eliminated the initial back-and-forth that previously consumed the first two to three interactions with every new prospect.
Corporate Catering Packages Display
We created dedicated landing pages for each major service line: corporate daily meals, one-time event catering, exhibition and conference catering, and industrial site catering. Each page includes package descriptions, sample menus, minimum order quantities, lead times, and prominent calls to action. This segmentation allows the site to rank for specific long-tail keywords while providing visitors with immediately relevant information based on their specific need.
Mobile-First Design for Event Planners
Recognising that event planners and office managers frequently research catering options from their phones — often while at the venue itself or between meetings — the entire site was built mobile-first. The quotation form, menu galleries, and package comparison features all function flawlessly on smartphone screens. Touch-friendly navigation, collapsible menu sections, and a sticky WhatsApp button ensure that mobile visitors can explore options and initiate contact with minimal effort.
On-Page SEO and Local Search Optimisation
We implemented a comprehensive on-page SEO strategy targeting both broad catering terms and specific long-tail queries. This included optimised title tags and meta descriptions for every service page, LocalBusiness and FoodEstablishment structured data markup, an internal linking architecture that distributes authority from the homepage to service-specific landing pages, and geo-targeted content that references specific areas of Dubai and the UAE where the company operates.

Results Delivered
The new website transformed Emirates Catering Services’ digital presence from a basic placeholder into an active lead generation channel within the first six months.
Organic Search Traffic
Organic traffic increased by over 200% within six months of launch. The site achieved first-page rankings for targeted terms including “corporate catering Dubai,” “event catering UAE,” and “office lunch delivery Dubai.” Long-tail service-specific pages contributed a steady stream of highly qualified traffic from prospects searching for specific catering types.
Lead Generation
Online quotation requests increased by 120% compared to the combined volume of email and phone enquiries received prior to the redesign. The structured form format meant that incoming leads arrived pre-qualified with event details, reducing the sales team’s time-to-quote from an average of 48 hours to under 12 hours.
Bounce Rate Reduction
The overall bounce rate decreased by 42%. Menu and package pages saw the most significant improvement, with average time on page increasing from under one minute to over three minutes — indicating that visitors were actively reviewing catering options rather than leaving after a cursory glance.
Mobile Performance
Mobile PageSpeed score improved from 31 to 92. Page load time on mobile connections was reduced to under 3 seconds. Mobile visitors accounted for 68% of total traffic, and the mobile conversion rate for quotation submissions improved by 95% compared to the previous site.
Quotation Quality
The multi-step form captured an average of seven qualifying data points per submission, compared to the two or three pieces of information typically provided in a free-form email enquiry. This pre-qualification improved the sales team’s close rate by enabling faster, more accurate quotes that matched client expectations on the first response.
Key Takeaway
In the catering industry, the website must do more than display menus — it must function as the first touchpoint in a sales process that ends with a signed contract. By combining visual storytelling with a structured lead capture system, we turned the Emirates Catering Services website into a business development tool that generates and qualifies leads around the clock.
